4. User Obligations & Platform Usage Rules
By using pnl77, you agree to comply with the following obligations:

- You will not attempt to manipulate any game outcome, exploit technical errors, or use automated software (bots) to interact with the Platform.
- You will not engage in any activity that disrupts, overloads, or otherwise impairs the normal functioning of pnl77.

- You will not use the Platform to conduct money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable Philippine law.

pnl77 reserves the right to monitor user activity to detect violations of these obligations. Verified violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.
5. Payments & Transactions
All financial transactions on pnl77 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). This includes deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and payouts. pnl77 does not process transactions in foreign currencies and is not responsible for currency conversion fees applied by third-party payment providers.
Deposits are processed through the payment methods made available on the Platform at the time of transaction. Minimum and maximum transaction limits may apply and are subject to change without notice.

pnl77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Platform, including losses related to game outcomes, technical failures, or service interruptions. The Platform is an entertainment service; pnl77 does not guarantee any particular outcome, return, or winnings.
All content on the pnl77 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, interface design, text, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of pnl77 and its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written permission from pnl77.
The Platform may contain links or references to third-party services for informational purposes. pnl77 does not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for the content or practices of any third-party services referenced on the Platform.
7. Account Suspension, Closure & Governing Law
pnl77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or money laundering.
- Use of multiple accounts or abuse of the Platform.
- Failure to complete required identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
- Account inactivity for an extended period, as determined by pnl77.
Upon account closure, pnl77 will assess any remaining balance and determine eligibility for withdrawal in accordance with these Terms. Funds associated with verified fraudulent activity will not be returned.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of pnl77 shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Philippines.
